5 Star Makeover: Sustainable Fish Roundup

This month our 5 Star Makeover Cooking Group focused on exploring the issues of sustainability and creating unique twists on classic preparation of fish. A big thanks to to my co-host Lazaro for choosing this important theme and all his hard work on this project.
