5 Star Makeover: Mousse Roundup

For the February's 5 Star Makeover we created some lovely mousse delights with different twists. Thank you, everyone, who participated this month!

This rich and creamy mousse of roasted butternut squash and apple cider is served it in martini glasses topped with toasted walnuts and gingersnap cookies.

A delightful vegan mousse prepared with silken tofu.

This vegan mousse combines chocolate and avocado for a lovely and healthy treat.
